Jonathan lives in Holland, MI, and began his career as a continuous improvement engineer for a multi-billion dollar automotive supplier. He started investing in real estate in 2020 and created an investment firm, called Provision Space, to partner with large multifamily operators around the country. As managing partner, he is responsible for building relationships with investors, vetting investment opportunities from sponsors, and providing the strategic vision for Provision Space's growth.
