Prior to Summit, Todd founded Silance Investment Group, a multi-faceted investment company with ownership in $7MM of single family, multifamily, and commercial properties, as well as multiple Anytime Fitness franchises. Todd is also a Limited Partner in over 400 multifamily apartment units nationwide.

Todd’s professional background includes 15 years working for Nationwide Insurance, one of the largest insurance and financial services companies in the world, where he was responsible for managing over $10MM in annual residential and commercial construction projects.
