Marc Cesar started his real estate journey wholesaling residential houses in 2015 closing multiple deals in the Philadelphia area. He pivoted over to the Multifamily space in 2019 to pursue more stable monthly income (cashflow). Marc is married with 3 boys with a newborn on the way

2) Marc also hosts a successful weekly meet up geared towards connecting people in the Multifamily space, helping new and aspiring investors learn about commercial Multifamily
