Christine & Danny Bellish, are married business partners: co-founders of The Bellish Team, a real estate investing firm dedicated to helping passive investors preserve and build wealth through strategic real estate acquisitions. As former NYC advertising executives, they spent 15 years managing multi-million dollar marketing budgets for some of Fortune 500’s most recognizable brands, but decided to pivot into real estate in 2018 in pursuit of more passive income.
In 2021, in their first eight months as general partners, they raised $3M in private capital from passive investors.
Today they are principals for a net lease fund, general partners for 696 units, and equity partners for 1,111 units total across six states (NJ, OH, TX, WV, AR, PA).

Chris Perkins is a serial entrepreneur. At the age of 21 he bought a run down restaurant that was on the verge of bankruptcy. He rebranded it, got it to be successful. Then 5 years later he bought another restaurant in an attempt to repeat this success. After 7 months there was no light at the end of the tunnel. After finding a loophole in the franchise agreement he terminated the lease agreement and became the landlord instead of the business owner. Then he repeated this process with the first restaurant he bought.
After that he became a real estate & private equity investor. As a result of the lessons learned along the way he has opened a private investment fund focused on cash flow through public equities & derivatives.

He went from 0 to 70 units with no JV or syndication .
He started his real estate adventure with just 30k, and he has built systems in place where his team does 99% of the work.
Kyle put 8 properties under contract in January.

Todd is Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Summit Capital. His main responsibilities as Managing Partner include overseeing acquisitions, capital raising, construction management, and investor relations.
Prior to Summit, Todd founded Silance Investment Group, a multi-faceted investment company with ownership in $7MM of single family, multifamily, and commercial properties, as well as multiple Anytime Fitness franchises. Todd is also a Limited Partner in over 400 multifamily apartment units nationwide.
Todd’s professional background includes 15 years working for Nationwide Insurance, one of the largest insurance and financial services companies in the world, where he was responsible for managing over $10MM in annual residential and commercial construction projects. Elijah Brown is a multifaceted individual with successful careers in both real estate and the military. After earning a bachelor’s degree in business from the University of Southern California, Elijah began his real estate career as an analyst for Healthpeak Properties, an S&P500 REIT.
During his time at Healthpeak, Elijah developed a strong foundation in financial modeling, eventually being promoted to manager. In this role, Elijah was responsible for underwriting a wide range of seniors housing and medical office real estate. He played a key role in several major transactions, including $4 billion of portfolio deals. In 2017, Elijah cofounded GoldHawk Capital, a real estate investment firm focused on acquiring value-add multifamily properties with a recent emphasis on Arizona. Through a combination of JVs, Reg D syndications, fund-of-funds, and LP investment, Elijah has successfully acquired interest in over 850 apartment units valued over $100 million. In his role as managing partner, Elijah is responsible for underwriting investment opportunities, due diligence, negotiating contracts, capital markets, and investor relations. In addition to real estate, Elijah currently serves as a Civil Affairs Officer in the United States Army Reserve and was previously a Military Intelligence Officer.
Elijah has received numerous awards for his physical fitness, marksmanship, problem solving, and leadership during his time in the military. Outside of work, Elijah is a full-time van lifer, amateur bowler, and country music songwriter-comedian.

Mr. Krone is a Chicago native whose career in architecture began in 1991 by pursuing his Masters of Architecture from the Illinois Institute of Technology. While obtaining his degree, he also worked as a Project Manager for Optima, Inc. During his time at Optima, Krone’s responsibilities included such notable projects as the 400 unit Cormandel in Deerfield, IL, the 40 unit HedgeRow in Winnetka, IL, and the 51 unit Optima Center Wilmette in Wilmette, IL.
In 2012, Krone founded Coda Management Group is a real estate asset firm which specializes in managing commercial real estate. Since its inception in 2012, Coda has managed a wide range of assets including multi-family homes, retail, commercial warehouse, multi-use flex athletic spaces, and self-storage. As of 2017, the firm has narrowed its focus on developing, designing and building self- storage.
In 2020, they launched their own self storage management company: One Stop Self Storage.
