lessandra Thompson is a 25 year old Real Estate Investor and Analyst for Yarusi Holdings as well as Managing Member of Authentic Acquisition. From her experience in selling solar panels door to door to being a Senior Manager of Operations at a Startup, she quickly realized that she needed to take control of her freedom. She ended up finding her mentors on Clubhouse and left her “stable, secure job” in California to move to Nashville alone to get hands-on experience with them and be in close proximity to her market. Justin grew up on a small farm in a very small town in central Pennsylvania, and after graduating from college he found himself working in the recruiting industry, which he has remained in for the last 15+ years. In January 2020 he left a very stable, six figure salaried job to start his own recruiting firm (Hire Tomorrow) and a Real Estate Investing Business (Great Venture Capital) – not great timing to be starting a recruiting business in 2020 when the world shut down with Covid and no one was hiring. But over the last 2 years he has grown his recruiting business to a very sustainable level and has been able to acquire 340 multifamily units, as a general partner, across 2 states. He is passionate about helping those working W2 jobs, who thought real estate investing was only for the ultra-wealthy, or for people that have a lot of extra time on their hands, get access to this amazing asset class. Accomplishments: - Betting in myself to leave a stable job to start my own business - Buying our first rental property 5 hours away without seeing it – work with a great team!

Lee was practicing physical therapist when he realized his true passion was building his own business and investing in real estate. He took this passion and considerable action to quickly build a portfolio with several small apartment buildings. He was able to quickly reposition this portfolio, bring it full cycle, and provide an incredible return for his investors. Today, Lee is focused on syndicating larger apartment buildings.
