Leka is a real estate developer and broker based in Seattle, WA. She is the President of Rehabit Homes, Inc. a company focused on residential redevelopment. She has spearheaded hundreds of transactions, developing over $50M in real estate. Leka brings 8 years of experience in construction management and redesign. Her focus has now shifted to developing office and multifamily assets in the Greater Seattle area. Leka has been featured on numerous podcasts and other media including Business Insider and BiggerPockets. She is a chapter contributor in the recently published book 'The Only Woman in The Room'. In an effort to give back to the community, she hosts a popular virtual networking mixer, 'Real Estate At Work' featuring prominent speakers from the industry. Leka moved to the U.S. from India 14 years ago. Prior to investing in real estate, Leka worked at Nordstrom Corporate in merchandise strategy and financial planning.

Furmother to 2 dogs Lacey and Lincoln , 3 cats Kitty, Cali and Oreo and horse Sugar. Alyssa has worked in the veterinary field for 14 years. She as worked at multiple general practices, laboratory research and currently at a speciality hospital as an anesthesia technician. In addition to working 40+ hours at the hospital, she also pet sits, house sits, and does house calls for administration of medications when owners have difficulty. This all began when she cared for her college roommate's pets when she went out of town. After college, Alyssa and her sister decided to join forces. This additional income allowed her to purchase a condo in Southern California, after years of savings and looking for the best location to call home.

Joe has been involved in numerous real estate development projects across the United States ranging from turnkey subdivisions, multifamily, 5,000 bed crew lodges, Gulf front condo’s, resorts, commercial buildings, mixed use, and marinas. He has also been involved in some unique projects in several countries in the Caribbean and South America. These projects have ranged in value from $1,200,000 to $100,000,000 plus.

KAYR (pronounced KAY-R), co-founder of KAYJAY Consulting, is a stellar example of a young professional who has benefited from working on Wall Street and building a multi-million dollar real estate investment company with currently over 100 rental units from scratch. For as long as he could remember, KAYR, a Philadelphia native, wanted to go to college, but being the first to go among parents, siblings and friends meant that he had many obstacles to overcome. KAYR is a real estate investor who has assembled a team of professionals to assist across the initial identification, acquisition and ongoing management of target properties. In addition, he is a licensed real estate sales person, a member of the Homeowners Associations of Philadelphia (HAPCO), an engaging transformational speaker, life coach and business consultant. He held positions at Goldman Sachs, Sirios Capital Management, Raptor Capital Management, and Truist Securities. He is a board member of Philadelphia Young Playwrights, Aucocisco School and The Great Young Society II organization. He was also nominated for the 40 under 40 Leadership Awards Program in Philadelphia. KAYR has a bachelor’s degree in history from Bowdoin College and an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College.

Maria and Lane Koch are two traveling ICU nurses that are chasing financial freedom and using real estate investing to get there. They both did a house hack about 5 years ago but then decided to make it a business in 2020. So far in 2021 they added 3 more properties. They are planning to be financially free in about 2-3 years.
