Ana Karina Klein, CPA is the first and only Spanish speaking CPA in South East Wisconsin with her own virtual practice. Entrepreneurship is in her DNA, from her Real estate investor grandfather in Mexico to her mother and father, Ana always knew she wanted to be an entrepreneur. Her dreams became reality, at the age of 28, when she opened the doors to her CPA firm in March of 2016. Her firm focuses on three main goals: Education, empowering entrepreneurs and tax planning . Although her focus is mainly on real estate investing she helps business owners decrease their tax liability as much as legally possible! This year alone, with proper tax planning, she has been able to save her clients a total of $125,651 in taxes. As a Latina business owner, her goal is to encourage other Latina women to become an influential part of the community by becoming business owners and giving back.

Becky Nova works in cancer research and lives just outside of New York. She started investing in real estate when her husband decided that they had to buy a house, and so she made the decision that they would make money from it. This led to them buying a duplex, living on one side, and renting out the other. And after that, she was hooked! She also owns a property in Santa Domingo, In the Dominican Republic. As well as having lived in Europe for 7 years.
Becky also started a website called lady landlords which she turned into a meetup event a well.

Perry got hooked on house hacking when he first bought a three-bedroom house to live in and rented out the two smaller rooms. Eventually, he moved to the smaller rooms then later shifted to buying a bigger house and following the same strategy.
His strategy for finding roommates has changed over the years. Before, he found his tenants from Craigslist. Since his houses were not located in downtown Seattle, he had lower rents.
Later, he leaned towards getting reserved and introverted tenants. He wanted to distance himself a bit from his roommates rather than become close to them. This way he avoids them getting too comfortable and asking to delay their rent payments.
When he moved back to Seattle, renting out his house in San Francisco became a headache. So he decided to sell it, join a syndication group, and invest in multifamily properties.

David Pere joined the Marine Corps in August of 2008. Since that time, he has lived in or traveled to many unique places around the world, including a combat tour in Afghanistan.
David got started in real estate investing in 2015. He house-hacked a duplex with the FHA loan and lived in it for a little while until getting married to his beautiful wife, Kimberly, and receiving orders to Hawaii. While stationed in Hawaii, David bought a 10-unit apartment in Missouri and has had continued success with real estate investing!
Through these experiences, From Military to Millionaire was born, with the goal of teaching service members and veterans how to build wealth through real estate investing, entrepreneurship, and personal finance.
