For the past two years, he has been serving as a solo provider, offering anesthesia services. During this time, Michael has also been actively involved in real estate deals, gaining valuable experience in transactional funding and private money lending, all while preparing to work one week a month in anesthesia. Michael's journey includes joining Dr. Benjamin Hardy's Platinum-level mastermind for personal development, showcasing a commitment to growth. The pivotal moment came when he realized he could serve fellow CRNAs and advanced practice providers by empowering them to step into real estate investing through education and vetted opportunities.
